Lee Harvey Oswald was a patsy in the JFK assassination

The most accurate account of who killed JFK. So serious, the History Chanel has been stopped from showing the TV series by a lawsuit from LBJ’s family and Democratic Party lawyers.

 50th anniversary of the assassination of John F. Kennedy is November 22, 2013. Yet, in a half-century, we have just a fraction of the truth published.

Any deep coverage of the assassination didn’t come from major newspapers. The best investigations have come from book authors and movie directors. The reputation of newspaper journalists has fallen from its peak in the early 1960s. The botched coverage of the Kennedy Assassination followed by decades of one-sided news stories coming from Democrat talking points has taken it’s toll on newspapers. In the early ’60s, the top 50 cities had two or three competing newspapers. Today, only New York, Boston and Chicago have two newspapers still publishing.

Was it color television that came in the late ’60s, or was it the content and ethical character of the newspapers editors and journalists?

Oliver Stone’s “JFK” presented many pieces of one of the most corrupt high crimes in U.S. history, but it failed to investigate the dangerous loose ends.

Within a week of the assassination, LBJ established what would be called the Warren Commission. Ten months later, the Warren report was issued with the “magic dancing bullet” and no mention of dozens of odd deaths.

With the Internet, authors, citizen journalists, and bloggers are doing a much better job uncovering the cover-ups than the elite media. How could that be? A rule of economics is choice. We had much fewer choice in news media until the internet came of age.

Take for example the assassination of JFK. Testimony has been hidden from the public for decades.

“Yeah, I had the son of a bitch killed. I’m glad I did. I’m sorry I couldn’t have done it myself!”

These were the words of Carlos Marcello, the Mafia godfather of Louisiana and Texas. And he was talking about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. I believe he was played by John Candy in Oliver Stones “JFK.”

Marcello’s admission is in uncensored FBI files at the National Archives, detailed for the first time in a new encyclopedic book “Legacy of Secrecy,” by Lamar Waldron.

Waldron’s 848-page blockbuster was published in November, 2008. It involves 20 years of research that began in 1988 when he didn’t know that Mafioso Marcello had confessed to JFK’s murder back in 1985. The FBI kept this fact a secret for more than two decades. The Warren Commission released its cover-up version of the death of JFK at the hands of a lone assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald and a magic bullet.

IN 1963, only weeks after JFK was killed, the FBI questioned 14 Marcello mob associates. Yet the godfather’s name doesn’t even appear in the Warren Report. This secrecy shows that the government all the way up to LBJ had a hand in the cover-up at the very least, he appointed the Warren Commission and never had any questions directed to him.

Such as have you ever met Jack Ruby? Do you know Carlos Marcello, what do Mr. Ruby and Mr. Marcello do for a living?

In their war against organized crime and essentially the Mafia, President Kennedy and his brother Attorney General Robert Kennedy were never able to convict any members of the Marcello crime family. And Marcello didn’t make his admission of guilt until he was serving a long prison sentence as a result of an FBI sting.

The FBI groomed an informant who became Carlos Marcello’s cellmate. These tapes have never been released but they reveal the godfather standing in the prison yard, flying into a rage and cussing the Kennedys.

Marcello confessed that he’d also met Lee Harvey Oswald and brought him into the plot via that Louisiana character David Ferrie, played by actor Joe Pesci in Stone’s  “JFK.” Now it is coming to light that the movie was very close to the truth.

A fictional account of the JFK assassination titled “Deadly Delusion” by Jim Jarman is also very close to the real truth. Jarman describes how Oswald had been groomed to be a patsy for a couple of years by a special rogue unit of the CIA with a dotted line to the Mafia. Oswald was not a marksman, but the perfect fall guy.

Marcello also admitted that it was he who had set up Jack Ruby “in the bar business in Dallas.” Ruby did his bit for the Marcello plot when he killed Lee Harvey Oswald before he could implicate anyone else. Later Ruby died in his cell just two weeks before he was scheduled to give new testimony before a Congressional investigation.

Leading up to the crime of the century was the crime of the decade. Marilyn Monroe was found naked facedown on her bed, dead. The mass media chimed in immediately with stories of her drug use. The LA coroner’s report stated that the starlet died from an overdose of barbiturates. Yet, her stomach is nearly empty with no pill residue and no vomit on her bed of floor.

The story not widely circulated for decades, was that Sam Giancana (with CIA connections) had Monroe murdered by a team of four hit men who entered her home, taped her mouth shut with duct tape and squirted a lethal suppository of barbiturates and chloral hydrate into her rectum so there would be no vomit or deposits in her stomach. Like Marcello, Giancan lost millions in casino holdings in Cuba and was enraged over the failed “Bay of Pigs fiasco.” Adding insult to injury, Bobby Kennedy was going after the Chicago and New York mafia. Let’s not forget that the Kennedy family made its fortune from Papa Kennedy, a mafia drug and rum runner from Al Capon’s days.

Marcello does not care who knows that he help orchestrate the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. The former mobster boss also claims that he knew Jack Ruby, and he had him kill Lee Harvey Oswald.

Malcolm Wallace who was on LBJ’s payroll for special projects for more than 10 years.  He was a “hit man” and a expert marksman who had murdered as many as 18 or 19 people for Lyndon Johnson, according to the testimony of Johnson’s mistress, Madeleine Duncan Brown. There was one unidentified fingerprint at the time of the initial investigation of the sixth floor Texas Schoolbook Depositor. Finally in 1998 this fingerprint was identified as belonging to Malcolm Wallace.

Many crucial witnesses were brutally murdered right before their scheduled appearances to testify under oath before the House Assassination Committee. On 9th August, 1984, Billie Sol Estes’ lawyer, Douglas Caddy, wrote to Stephen S. Trott at the US Department of Justice. In the letter Caddy claimed that Billie Sol Estes, Lyndon B. Johnson, Mac Wallace and Cliff Carter had been involved in the murders of Henry Marshall, George Krutilek, Harold Orr, Ike Rogers, Coleman Wade, Josefa Johnson, John Kinser and John F. Kennedy. Caddy added: “Mr. Estes is willing to testify that LBJ ordered these killings, and that he transmitted his orders through Cliff Carter to Mac Wallace, who executed the murders.

“Madeleine recalled that ” after Johnson emerged from the Murchison meeting he walked up to her, and grabbed her by the arms and whispered in her ear, “After tomorrow those S.O.B.’s, the Kennedy’s, will never embarrass me again – that’s no threat – that’s a promise.”

The next morning Kennedy and Johnson got into a heated argument over the motorcade seating arrangements. Johnson insisted that his friend Connally and his wife ride with him in the rear vehicle. When Kennedy refused, Johnson stormed out of the room in a rage.

The next morning, Johnson’s Secret Service men came up to the motor cycle police and told them that the parade rout had been changed. It would no longer be going straight down Main St. but it would be making a turn onto Houston Street. They also told the motor cycle police not to ride next to the Presidents car, but to make sure that they stayed back behind the car, so that the crowds of people (and the assassins) would have a unrestricted view of the President. Johnson also changed the order of the cars in the motorcade, instead of his car being second, he put a car load of Secret Service men between his car and the President’s.

50th Anniversary of JFK Killing Nov. 22, 2013

Dallas was the perfect stage for LBJ to control the scene of the crime of the century. Johnson owned a media empire inside Texas. He won elections by hook and by crooked attorneys. His nickname “Landslide Johnson,” was sarcastic because he always won elections by late vote counts in Democrat precincts.

Jack Ruby was connected to the Chicago mob and had a well-cultivated relationship with the Dallas Police Department. Ruby was the ideal man to shut up Lee Harvey Oswald and shut down the link to the assassination team. Ruby asked to be moved from Dallas where he feared for his life if he brought up the network he worked for. His request was not granted and he died in the Dallas jail.

Mr. Ruby had a jailhouse interview with Dorothy Kilgallen, a nationally known journalist. She reported that the interview would blow the case wide open. She gave the notes of her meeting to her friend Margaret Smith for safekeeping. Ms. Kilgallen was found dead of a drug overdose on Nov. 8, 1965. Ms. Smith died two days later. The cause of death was not known.

Carlos Marcello Mafia head with business in Chicago, Dallas and New Orleans was the financier of the assassination. Marcello’s casinos shut down by Castro in Havana cost the boss many millions. Then, Bobby Kennedy started going  after the mobs in Las Vegas and Reno, where the mob shifted its casino operations from Havana.

Jack Ruby had worked for the mafia for years and was their pay-off man for control of the Dallas police.

Karyn, the beautiful daughter of Chicago journalist Irv Kupcinet, was found strangled to death in  Los Angeles. The LA Times reported a telephone operator heard Karyn scream “They are going to Kill Kennedy” a few days before the assassination. She was strangled to death on November 26 or 27 and not discovered until Nov. 30. Investigators speculated it was a message to her father to stay silent on what he knew about Jack Ruby.

Roger Craig was a Dallas policeman on the scene the day of the assignation. He found a 7.65 Mauser in the Book Depository. That was a fly in the ointment. The plant rifle was the Mannlicher-Carcano rifle tied to Oswald. The conflict of the other rifle showed at least two shooters. Officer Craig’s findings were ignored by the Warren Commission. In 1967 Craig was fired from the Dallas PD. Later that year, he was shot while walking to his car. The bullet grazed his head. In 1973, his car was forced off a mountain road and he was badly injured. He was shot again in 1974 and in 1975 was wounded when his car blew up. Later that year, he was found dead. Authorities called his death a suicide from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. Quite the survivor, not the profile of someone who commits suicide. Note gunshot woundS.  

Madeleine Brown, a longtime LBJ mistress, implicated her high-level lover and sugar daddy, implicating LBJ on taped statements before she died in 2002. What did she have to gain on her deathbed? Only the truth and peace with her maker. 

Johnson is the key to the Kennedy assassination. He benefitted the most. LBJ was a raw man. He was well-known for using the “N” word and lifted dogs up by their ears. Inside the Kennedy inner circle, talk of dumping LBJ from the ticket was passed talk and about to be a done deal.

Good ol’ boy, Johnson ran the Dallas area police, FBI and regional CIA and Secret Service.

What luck that Lee Harvey Oswald found a job in the Texas Book Depository two weeks before the president’s route. Who would know the president’s motorcade route but Johnson and his local Dallas Secret Service connections?

Many experts believe that the shot that went through Kennedy’s neck came from the front of the limo, behind the vine covered picket fence on the grassy knoll, not the fifth floor of the Texas Book Depository to his back. Basic ballistics test also show the magic bullet that hit parts of the limo, Governor Connelly, and JFK deny science and evidence, the bullet was unscathed. The horrible explosion of the back of Kennedy’s head follows ballistics in that the backward blowout is much larger than the entry wound, again, from the front.

“I am a patsy” are the only record of Lee Harvey Oswald’s side of the story. He was silenced by a 38 slug to the gut by mob errand boy, Ruby. After a night of questioning in the Dallas PD HQ, there are no notes or recordings. Why? Was it because Oswald described the network and that he was a CIA mole planted to watch the terrorist team do a dry run? Why was Oswald seen on the second floor drinking  a Dr. Pepper 30 seconds before the shooting? Why didn’t Oswald have a real escape plan? Instead he took a public bus to South Dallas to the Texas Movie Theatre in Oak Lawn? Why did Oswald hide in a theatre if he were a radical freedom fighter? Why didn’t he try and fight to the finish? Why after all that would he say he is a patsy?

Kennedy’s body was seized and flown back to Washington D.C. without the media scrutiny. There are reports of three wounds from the front. Triangulation ensured this was going to finish the job. 

Barr McClellan, author of Blood, Money & Power: How LBJ Killed JFK, accuses LBJ of being behind the JFK assassination. Implicates others of fore-knowledge of the plot, including Texas oilmen Clint Murchison, Sr. and H.L. Hunt, and FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. Mystery fingerprint found on sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository matches prints of Johnson aide taken in connection with a prior murder conviction.

The Men Who Killed Kennedy began with two 50-minute segments originally aired on 25 October 1988 in the United Kingdom, entitled simply Part One and Part Two. The programmes were produced by Central Television for the ITV network and were immediately followed by a studio discussion on the issues titled The Story Continues, chaired by broadcaster Peter Sissons. The United States corporation, Arts & Entertainment Company, purchased the rights to the original two segments. In 1989, the series was nominated for a Flaherty Documentary Award. In 1991, the series was re-edited with additional material and divided into three 50-minute programmes, which were also shown by ITV. A sixth episode appeared in 1995. The series typically aired in November every year and from time to time during the year. In November 2003, three additional segments (“The Final Chapter”) were added by the History Channel, but the series is no longer aired.

The ninth documentary in the series, entitled “The Guilty Men,” directly implicates former U. S. President Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) and created an outcry among Johnson’s surviving associates, including Johnson’s widow, Lady Bird Johnson, journalist Bill Moyers, ex-President Jimmy Carter, Jack Valenti (longtime president of the Motion Picture Association of America), and the last-living (at the time of the outcry) Warren Commissioncommissioner and ex-President Gerald R. Ford. These Johnson supporters lodged complaints of libel with the History Channel, and subsequently threatened legal action against Arts & Entertainment Company, owner of the History Channel.

The History Channel responded by assembling a panel of three historians, Robert Dallek, Stanley Kutler, and Thomas Sugrue. On a program aired April 7, 2004, titles “The Guilty Man: A Historical Review,” the panel agreed that the documentary was not credible and should not have aired. The History Channel issued a statement saying, in part, “The History Channel recognizes that ‘The Guilty Men’ failed to offer viewers context and perspective, and fell short of the high standards that the network sets for itself. The History Channel apologizes to its viewers and to Mrs. Johnson and her family for airing the show.” Conspiracy author Barr McClellan, interviewed in the documentary, complained that although the historians examined the evidence, they did not interview him or Turner.^[1]

 

Jackie Kennedy Suspected Power-Crazed Johnson

Who benefits? That is the first question police ask. Jackie suspected that it was her husband’s successor who was the mastermind behind the pilot to murder JFK, says former Nixon advisor Roger Stone. Jackie said her husband believed strongly that Johnson shouldn’t become president and, int the months before his death on November 22, 1963.Jackie knew that Johnson and his cronies despised the Kennedy family and Johnson was jealous of the Camelot image of the family. Both the president and Bobby often shunned and ridiculed Johnson.

Philly Newspapers Rolled – Inquirer and Daily News in free fall

Bankruptcy documents filed Sunday by Philadelphia Newspapers LLC, The Inquirer and Daily News and seven affiliated suburban publications report the newspaper group bought  from McClatchy (the troubled chain that Knight-Ridder unloaded in 2005) is asking the court for bankruptcy protection. The Philly group paid McClatchy  $562 million for the papers. The value of the assets is far lower than that just a few years later.

You have to admire the business knowledge of the Knight-Ridder family share holders who knew when to fold them and chuck them off before the business trends became obvious.

The Inquirer and Daily News join a growing list of newspapers forced into bankruptcy after sharp declines in advertising destroyed their ability to service big debts taken on when they changed hands. A day earlier, Journal Register Co. (nyse: JRC – news – people ), parent of Connecticut’s New Haven Register and 178 other weekly and daily newspapers, sought bankruptcy-court protection. The same fate befell the Minneapolis Star Tribune last month. In December, Tribune Co., whose holdings include the Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times and Newsday, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. All newspapers have suffered sharp ad revenue declines due to Internet competition and the recession, but those that recently changed hands in leveraged deals are the most vulnerable.

The bankruptcy threatens to wipe out the $150 million equity investment made by Tierney’s Philly group, which included local labor unions and business interests. It also raises the prospect of big losses by the lenders that provided the balance of more than $400 million in debt financing. The list of largest unsecured creditors was topped by Royal Bank of Scotland (nyse: RBS – news – people ), which is owed $22 million. As of Jan. 31, the company said it still owed $395 million to lenders.

 

“The debtors’ assets and going concern value are worth less today than they were worth in 2006,” Thayer wrote. He added that Philadelphia Newspapers had 2008 free cash flow–before interest, taxes, depreciation or amortization–of $36 million. That is expected to drop 31% to $25 million this year, Thayer wrote. It is from cash flow that debt-servicing payments are made.

Thayer’s statement hints at hard-ball tactics on all sides as Tierney’s team fought to restructure its finances outside of court. A Tierney request in November for $20 million in equity investment from lenders was rejected. Then this month, Thayer wrote, lenders countered with a proposal that the money be a loan and demanded an answer to their proposal within 48 hours–and without providing a copy of the paperwork describing fees for their loans.

In a memo to employees, Tierney said the company has asked the hometown bankruptcy court to allow payments of benefits and pensions. A bankruptcy filing usually halts such payments, at least initially. In recent years, many employees of the Inquirer and Daily News have taken buyouts or have been laid off.

Thayer’s affidavit says Tierney’s management has “dramatically improved the operations.” But one thing not specified was print circulation numbers of the Inquirer and Daily News, both Pulitzer Prize-winning newspapers. Latest audited figures put their combined daily circulation at 398,000, on the order of half what it was when the papers’ main competition, The Philadelphia Bulletin, went out of business in 1982.

Let’s hear the Blago tapes, the Rod Blagojevich tapes have Rahm Emanuel calling 21 times. Trib tips off wire tap before any crime was committed

UPDATE: The Illinois legislature is on the verge of an impeachment vote for Governor Blagojevich. I predict Blago will prevail. The governor knows what was said on those tapes. It takes two to tango.

“Before they remove a governor who’s been elected twice by the people, hear the whole truth, every tape,” Gov. Blagojevich said. “Richard Nixon, during Watergate, fought tooth and nail to keep those tapes from being heard because he knew there was something wrong on there. Me? I’m the opposite, the anti-Nixon. I want every one of those tapes heard in the impeachment trial, and every witness called in.”

In Springfield yesterday, senators heard the unmistakable voice of the governor talking to his deputy about an alleged pay-to-play scheme for his campaign. Isn’t that fundraising?

The trial seems like an  old USSR show trial. The fix is in if the governor can’t let his accusers hear the entire conversations.

Making a laughing stock of our democracy. A constitutional crisis or common practice?

Obama’s chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel is on record for calling Governor Blagojevich 21 times in a matter of a few days. What do you think the conversations were about, the weather? The Chicago Sun Times reported that little tidbit. The same paper that earlier endorsed Obama and Blagojevich. 

Chicagoans call the Gov, Rod Blowdryavich. What law did he break?

This we now know, the Tribune, which overall has been endorsing Democrats for decades including Obama, Daley and Blago, actually announced the wire tap to everyone, including the governor, Jessie Jackson Jr. and Obama’s staff. We know from Fitzgerald’s office that the governor had been under investigation for more than a year. That is well before the Democrat machine knew they had Obama’s coveted Senate seat to be appointed.  I’m sure they were hopeful about that and planning for it for a few months.

Why didn’t the Tribune expose the wire tap about two months earlier, before the presidential election? What day was the wire tap put on the Governor’s phones?

We know now that among the hundreds of hours of conversations involving Rod Blagojevich secretly recorded by the FBI since Oct. 22, one phone call is drawing particular scrutiny among politicos, journalists and others in Washington. It was a marathon conference call on Monday, Nov. 10. This must have been big. Really big.

Soon after the media mentioned the wire tap. Why now? The journalists didn’t know about it until the big call on Nov. 10. That’s my guess. What do you think?

It may be because a Democrat tipped off the Tribune after the election, but had to “pull the trigger”  earlier than planned  because the political payoffs and negotiations for a U.S. Senate seat were getting ugly, pulling in some top Democrats.

Think about the reason why somebody would leak the details of the investigation to the Tribune. Somebody who is close to the case observes that high-ranking Democrats are being dragged into the case, and he tips the media off on the wires as a way of warning anybody else dealing with Blago to cut it off now!

While all the witnesses against Blago were offered ple deals, even Tony Rezko, I bet you wont see a deal offered to Blago in exchange for other names or higher-ups. It will all end up on Blago.

The Chicago Tribune editors agreed to wait, according to Fitzgerald, until the wire was in place, not until a crime was committed. That was a nice gift for Christmas or “Fitzmas” in Chicagoland. But something is not right. The wire was placed  on  phones on Oct. 22.

Now the Democrat party  in 2009 will have it all — the Presidency, Senate and  House of Representatives. The powerful machine party will also be “appointing” Senate seats for Joe Biden (his son); Hillary Clinton (Carolyn Kennedy); and Obama’s seat (it was to go to the highest bidder, Jessie Jackson Jr., but that is in question).

Plus, the Democrats have their machine counting thousands of votes to cancel out Republican Norm Coleman’s slight win with re-counted (formerly rejected ballots for the former comedian Al Franken).

I have to laugh about the corruption of the media and the Democrat party. Watch how the media acts as defense attorneys when one of their own is in the hot seat. But when it’s a Republican, they act in concert with the prosecuting attorneys.

The Chicago Tribune endorsed Blagojevich for governor and Obama for president. Watch dogs? More like lap dogs.

Take the Nixon tapes. Those were tapes made by the former president so he had a record of events from which to accurately recall day-t0-day events for his biography. 

Those were attacked by Democrat politicians, taken from him by attorneys and made public. 

How about the tapes of political corruption of the highest, criminal level? The selling of a U.S. Senate seat? The tapes of Illinois governor Blogojevich and the scores of Democrats competing for Obama’s vacant U.S. Senate seat? Will there be the media and legal frenzy demanding the public have access to the tapes? Will we only hear select sound bites from the tapes? Let’s hear them all. 

The American people should know how the political system  works. The taxpayers paid for Fitzgerald’s taping and investigation. Let’s hear the tapes and read the transcripts in full. 

The “open” Obama administration is in lock down.

Obama’s staff has declined to respond to even basic questions, like who is conducting the probe? Have you heard the tapes? Obama promised transparency throughout his administration and the run up to it and to divulge contacts his staff has had with Blagojevich’s office in the coming days. But his staff has locked down on inquiries. Just words it appears. No follow up by the media. 

Does the San Francisco Chronicle, Chicago Tribune, New York Times or Washington Post have an interest in finding the full transcripts of the  Blogo tapes with Jesse Jackson Jr. and maybe even president-elect Obama? 

Is there a  free press in America?

They didn’t do a very good job with Tammany Hall did they? How about Richard Daley? How about a little reporting on the 400 Illinois government officials arrested since 1995? 

How about LBJ?  And Jack Ruby, wasn’t he from Chicago? 

It’s time for complete transparancy. It’s up to citizen journalists. We have nothing to gain but the truth.

Will terrorists strike again? Why is the U.S. pouring 20,000 troops into cities? There must be some ‘chatter’

The Washington Post reports that the Pentagon has issued the marching orders to mobilize 20,000 millitary troops to secure unspecified cities within the U.S.

Homeland Securtiy issued warnings of a terror attack on New York City’s mass transit system from Nov. 28 through the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah) the mainstream media doesn’t even have the intellectual honesty to report which holidays. Commuters and vacationing shoppers are supposed to be uneasy and many may even put off their trips to buy gifts. This, as we watch to bloodbath from Nov. 26-28, in Mumbi, India where the death toll has reached 200 from a group of 10 terrorists.

Who did it? We know the terrorists hate Jews. That narrows it down. 

What do the learders of Iran, Palistine and Syria have to say about the bombings? 

A Brooklyn rabbi and his wife were found among the dead in a series of terrorist attacks in India that have claimed more than 150 lives. In response to the attacks, the NYPD beefed up patrols around large hotels and Jewish centers, including the Lubavitcher headquarters, said NYPD spokesman Paul Browne.

The department already was on alert because of a warning earlier this week of a possible al-Qaida plot to strike the city’s rail systems over the holidays.

“The threat is serious, the threat is significant, and it is plausible,” said Congressman Peter King, R-Long Island, a member of the House Homeland Security Committee.

Rabbi Gavriel Noach Holtzberg and his wife, Rivka, who ran the Chabad-Lubavitch local headquarters in Mumbai were killed during a hostage standoff at the center, said Rabbi Zalman Shmotkin, a spokesman for the movement. 

On Wednesday, federal authorities warned New York police of an unsubstantiated (but reliable) report that al-Qaida operatives discussed an attack on New York’s subway system or rail lines like Amtrak and the Long Island Rail Road.

NYPD spokesman Paul Browne said additional resources were being deployed in the mass transit system in an “abundance of caution,” a common response when police receive new information about a threat.

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, which runs the city’s 468 stations and 6,480 subway cars, released a statement saying there was “no reason to be alarmed.”

Despised San Francisco attorneys in dog-mauling death of their neighbor Diane Whipple are liberal Democrats

A judge has sentenced a dog owner to 15 years to life in prison, seven years after her canines fatally mauled her neighbor in an upscale San Francisco neighborhood.A judge had reduced a jury’s conviction of second-degree murder to involuntary manslaughter and Marjorie Knoller was sentenced in 2002 to four years in prison.

But the California Supreme Court last year ordered the second-degree murder conviction reinstated. She was sentenced on that conviction Monday. Knoller’s lawyers plan to appeal.

The conviction stemmed from the 2001 death of Dianne Whipple. She was attacked by Knoller’s two Presa Canarios in a hallway of their apartment building. Each dog weighed more than 100 pounds and inflicted at least 77 wounds.

The case of Knoller and her husband Robert Noel attracted worldwide media attention, but many of the unique details of the case were filtered out by the press. Did you know they were Democrat activists? They even had witnesses testify to that in their defense, they hate Republicans. (That makes it OK to have killer dogs the size and temperment of lions in a city apartment that end up tearing the throat out of a young woman). They hate Bush and Cheney!

When liberal and openly gay San Francisco Superior Court Judge James Warren threw out Marjorie Knoller’s second-degree murder conviction for the dog-mauling death of her neighbor Diane Whipple, the judge justified his controversial decision by explaining that Knoller did not know her conduct had a “high probability of death to another human being.”

More history on Warren: he is the son of the famous JFK assassination coverup, Earl Warren of the Warren Commission. Two death-bed confessions early this year have brought to light that that VP Lyndon Johnson was behind the assassination. But that is a story for another time.

Knoller and Noel were keeping the two massive dogs for Paul Schneider, a life inmate and member of the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang who bred and sold the Presa Canarios using people outside the prison. The couple later adopted Schneider, then 39 years old. And Mrs. Knoller was having sex with him on prison visits.

Days after the attack, Knoller appeared on “Good Morning America” and showed no remorse. Noel also publicly insulted San Francisco’s then-DA Terence Hallinan and partly blamed Whipple for the attack.

There were sex pictures of the cute couple and their adopted son and news reports of thier anti-Bush activisim. The “journalists” scrubbed that out of their reports.

Barack Hussein Obama — Report the candidate’s name please

Barack Hussein Obama — Why isn’t the mainstream, mass media reporting the presidential candidate’s full name?  America would like to know the background of the name Hussein?

 

Here is a case where the middle name was always used by reporters: John Wayne Gacy.

Kevin brings to light the type of propaganda that liberal journalists have been getting away with for the past 30-40 years — the “objective reporters” were all  in lock-step using all three names of the mass murderer from Chicago, John Wayne Gacy — this a smear on an icon for middle America, John Wayne. Why weren’t  there  any reports on Gacy’s Democrat party activisim? The report that he tried to rape a teenage boy at Democrat headquarters? The $5,000 he gave to Jimmy Carter? That was burried like the 30 boys the Democrat Gacy killed.

Albert Armand Gore was named after  the famous Armand Hammer. Did you know that? In that case, the middle name was not scoring any points for the Democrat/socialist  of America.

When it comes to Barack Hussein Obama, it’s never spelled out. Check out your local corrupt news source. Do you see how you’re are being played?

The liberal press had no problem with  LBJ, Lyndon Baines Johnson, JFK, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Martin Luther  King… those are  noble names with a nice ring to them. What rules are they following? Is it not covered in the AP stylebook. Although, I would put money on it, that Barack Hussein Obama will get a rule, off limits.

That’s not all of their bag of tricks. If the candidate’s name is  Richard, switch it to Dick: Dick Cheney and Dick Nixon. Tricky Dick.

Or there is the down home name change to help a liberal candidate.

Let’s look at Albert Armand Gore again. Did you ever read “Al Gore’s”  real name in the Washington Post, New York Times, or San Francisco Chronicle? His middle name comes from the family friend, Armand Hammer, the industrialist and owner of Occidental Oil, who was America’s richest socialist and friend of decades of leaders from the USSR. Albert Armand Gore’s father, also an Albert Gore, was a Democrat U.S. Senator who was on the payroll of Armand Hammer.

Google it if you don’t believe me.

Instead  we all know the former VP as “Al Gore.” The spoiled, rich kid raised with a silver spoon sounds like a friendly good ol’ boy now.

Democrats get free PR from the “fair and objective” press.

 

It’s a crime what the “gatekeepers” of the news have been able to get away with. Next, the “Fairness Doctrine” will be brought back. With that old FDR socialist-styled law back in action, what do you think will become of blogs?

Can a victim be injected with cancer cells as a form of assassination?

Ted Kennedy was one of Obama’s first and most loyal endorsers, does the timing of Senator Kennedy’s seizure strike you as an odd coincidence, coming as the Hillary Rodham Clinton machine wins by double digits in West Virginia and is about to do the same in Kentucky? What if, Hillary wins back to back victories and Obama remains stalled. With Kennedy out of the way, the Clinton machine may have the momentum to win with the super-delegates now. Kennedy just days ago said there is no way Hillary would be picked for Obama’s VP.

Jack Ruby died of a stroke due to an undiagnosed form of agressive cancer, just weeks after he agreed to testify before Congress about the JFK assassination. Come on, don’t go there.

The day before the JFK assassination, November 21st at noontime in Assistant District Attorney Ben Ellis’ office in front of 6 others, Ruby introduced himself to Ben Ellis and told Mr. Ellis, “You probably don’t know me now, but you will.” ( quoting report to Chief Curry from Lt W.F. Dyson – Dallas archives )

Ruby paid off a colored employee and said: “You had better get it all tonight, because I won’t be around.” Ruby then went to the Police station on Friday night, the 22nd, posed as a writer or interpreter for Jewish newspaper people, and on the 3rd floor of the police department tried to kill Oswald but could not get the opportunity.(Verified by HUDKINS, reporter of the Houston Post.) The wife of Yitzhak Rabin, Leah Rabin, revealed in a biography, that Rabin was in Dallas when Kennedy was assassinated. There is little doubt that Ruby was connected to Rabin and Israel during those moments he was seeking to kill Oswald. “Yes, Rabin could have been one of the “journalists,” writes Jewish author BARRY CHAMISH.

According to the Houston Post, and/or Houston Chronicle, after Ruby had finally seized the opportunity to kill Oswald at 11:21 AM on Sunday morning, the 24th, shortly after, he blurted out that he and others were going to be “the cause of the death of 25 million Jews,” meaning …if the investigators could figure it out.

Ruby’s phoney story: he was “relieving Jackie Kennedy to have to come to Dallas to testify.” But later he said: “the world will never know – nor would they believe – what took place here” and “take me to Washington DC and I will tell you all that I know. I cannot say anything here, I am the only one left that can tell you everything.” Then Ruby conveniently died of “Lung Cancer”. Maybe.

Ruby was noted for blurting out INCRIMINATING STATEMENTS. Many believed that he could not hold a secret or be trusted.
“When they brought in the death penalty, he cracked. Ten days later he rammed his head into a cell wall. Then he tried to kill himself with an electric light socket. Then he tried to hang himself with sheets.”

Then they just helped him do it with “lung cancer”, at age 55. Ruby told his family that he was injected with cancer cells. He had to go, just like Oswald, to conceal the truth.

We will never know the real answer.

We will never be told the truth about JFK’s assassination. In fact, the FBI has film they will not release. But the truth is coming out in pieces. There are enough pieces to complete most of the puzzle and make out the subject.

This is what we know now:

A decade after LBJ’s death, a friend of Estes, a federal marshal, talked Estes into coming forward with what he knew about Henry Marshall’s death. Then on August 9, 1984, following Billie Sol Estes’ grand jury testimonyregarding Mac Wallace’s murder of Henry Marshall, Estes’ attorney, Douglas Caddy sent a letter to Stephen S. Trott, Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division, of the US Department of Justice. The letter
reads:

Lyndon’s scandalous wheeling and dealing from his Senate days were catching up with him even faster than the Billie Sol Estes affair, and it would bring the whole Democratic party down with it if the key players weren’t thrown overboard. Estes and to a lesser degree Johnson were the primary benefactors of their doings, while everyone on Capitol Hill knew Bobby Baker, and every lawyer, lobbyist, and lawmaker wanted a piece of the action — and Bobby was LBJ’s boy. The dealings had been too many to keep quiet with a quick “Texas suicide.” LBJ wasn’t just looking at the end of his political career; he was looking at hard time.

Dear Mr. Trott:

My client, Mr. Estes, has authorized me to make this reply to your letter
of May 29, 1984.

Mr. Estes was a member of a four-member group, headed by Lyndon Johnson,
which committed criminal acts in Texas in the 1960s. The other two,
besides Mr. Estes and LBJ, were [White House aide] Cliff Carter and Mac
Wallace. Mr. Estes is willing to disclose his knowledge concerning the
following criminal offenses:

1. Murders

1. The killing of Henry Marshall 2. The killing of George Krutilek 3. The
killing of Ike Rogers and his secretary 4. The killing of Harold Orr 5.
The killing of Coleman Wade 6. The killing of Josefa Johnson 7. The
killing of John Kinser 8. The killing of President J. F. Kennedy

Mr. Estes is willing to testify that LBJ ordered these killings, and that
he transmitted his orders through Cliff Carter to Mac Wallace, who
executed the murders. In the cases of murders nos. 1-7, Mr. Estes’
knowledge of the precise details concerning the way the murders were
executed stems from conversations he had shortly after each event with
Cliff Carter and Mac Wallace.

In addition, a short time after Mr. Estes was released from prison in 1971, he met with Cliff Carter and they reminisced about what had occurred in the past, including the murders. During their conversation, Carter spoke of a list of 17 murders which had been committed, some of which Mr. Estes was unfamiliar with. A living witness was present at that meeting and should be willing to testify about it. He is Kyle Brown, recently of Houston and now living in Brady, Texas. . .

It continues for several more pages, detailing many other crimes Estes had knowledge of, including illegal cotton allotments and payoffs.

Estes’ testimony was conditional on certain demands, including immunity from prosecution, a full pardon, and absolution of past income tax debts. Talks between the Justice Department and Billie Sol Estes broke off later in the year.

On June 19, 1992, US Marshall Clint Peoples told a friend of his that he had documentary evidence on one of the shooters in Dealey Plaza. On June 23rd, Peoples, a former Texas Ranger and a onetime friend of Henry Marshall, was killed in a mysterious one-car automobile accident in Texas.

Investigator Harrison Livingstone spoke to Kyle Brown, named as a witness in the letter, at length in 1993, and Brown backed up everything Livingstone had heard. Kyle Brown, to this day, is one of Billie Sol Estes’ closest friends.

On March 12, 1998, a 1951 fingerprint of Malcolm “Mac” Wallace was positively matched with a copy of a fingerprint labeled “Unknown,” a fresh print lifted on November 22, 1963, from a carton by the southeast sixth floor window of the Texas School Book Depository. This carton was labeled “Box A,” and also contained several fingerprints identified as
those of Lee Harvey Oswald. The identification was made by A. Nathan Darby, a Certified Latent Print Examiner with several decades experience.

Mr. Darby is a member of the International Association of Identifiers, and was chosen to help design the Eastman Kodak Miracode System of transmitting fingerprints between law enforcement agencies. Mr. Darby signed a sworn, notarized affidavit stating that he was able to affirm a 14-point match between the “Unknown” fingerprint and the “blind” print
card submitted to him, which was the 1951 print of Mac Wallace’s. US law requires a 12-point match for legal identification; Darby’s match is more conclusive than the legal minimum. As cardboard does not retain fingerprints for long, it is certain that Malcolm E. Wallace left his fingerprint on “Box A” on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book
Depository early on November 22, 1963.

The FBI currently has custody of the Mac Wallace fingerprint, Nathan Darby’s sworn affidavit, and several hundred pages of corroborative evidence developed by Texas research group which is currently remaining anonymous. Brown has received permission from the group to release the name of one eyewitness to some of the covert business dealings between Lyndon B. Johnson and members of the assassination plot. This is Barr
McClellan of Houston, Texas, onetime attorney for the law firm led by Ed Clark, which had represented Lyndon B. Johnson in the 1960s.

Biographer Robert A. Caro, author of two volumes to date in the
groundbreaking series *The Years of Lyndon Johnson* writes:

Lady Bird Johnson, the former first lady who championed for wild flowers has died

Lady Bird Johnson, the former first lady who campaigned for green spaces and conservation and worked tenaciously for the political career of her husband, Lyndon B. Johnson, LBJ, died Wednesday, a family spokeswoman said. She was 94.

She was well respected and stayed above the fray. She was a Southern bell — sheltered from the serious political games LBJ may or may not have been involved in. Now that Lady Bird has passed away, the evidence will most likely start to pour out.
