The PC elite first filter all that is fit to print

Some of the reasons newspapers are losing readers and credibility  is their liberal bias and holier and more PC than the masses. That comes from journalism schools and pop culture that promotes the dream of taking down “the man.” There have been surveys where some 95 percent of elite New York and Washington DC reporters voted for Clinton, Gore and Kerry. But all that free media support isn’t as powerful as it used to be thanks to “Gore’s invention,” the internet. But the PC filtering of the news is dangerous. The FBI just reported that murders, robberies and aggravated assaults in the United States increased last year, spurring an overall rise in violent crime for the first time since 2001. Murders rose 4.8 percent, meaning there were more than 16,900 victims in 2005. That would be the most since 1998 and the largest percentage increase in 15 years. Murders jumped from 272 to 334 in Houston, a 23 percent spike. Was that possible due to criminals let out of jails in and around New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina? How about the murder rate for New Orleans, did that go down last year? We will find out soon, I’d imagine, with some honest reporting found on blogs today, not in newspapers.

  1. Newspapers are sometimes owned by conservative family trusts, but they are almost always staffed with the most anti-American, socialists you will ever meet. Nearly all the “big league” newpaper staff are members of the Newspaper Guild, big promoters of the Democrat party.
